Dining table arrangements with chandeliers in Emme Restaurant at Margutta 19

Emme is the letter M in Italian, representative of the street name, Via Margutta and this sophisticated locale epitomizes the creativity and cool that Rome's historic artists' street is famous for. Designed by renowned chef Giovanni Moncada, the menu is executed daily with precision by Daniele Ladaga. Here you'll find the very best of regional Italian dishes with a contemporary touch, paired with an enviable selection of local and international wines and creative cocktails. The signature Pomod'uovo is a play on words (tomato and egg in Italian) and is comfort food at its finest. Think soft poached egg with tomato sauce, almonds and parmigiano. Don't go past the Bottoncini, silky smooth homeade ravioli filled with the classic Roman Gricia (pork cheek and pecorino cheese). Mains range from seafood to duck to veal and a tasting menu brings 7 of the Chef's favourite dishes to the table for around 70 euro. Add to this a lush garden terrace and Emme is the perfect delectable hideaway in the very heart of Rome. Open daily for lunch and dinner. METRO: Spagna
